The quality is pretty much what you'd expect from a packaged costume. It's a cute design but the fabric is cheap and the white ruffles tear really easily. The garters attatch with plastic snaps (really annoying) and they're a bit difficult to do. I would personally make my own headband to go with it because it's built on a child-size black plastic band that won't hold up for long but the feather duster hasn't lost a feather yet.
